R&D Team

 

UPLUS has a well qualified R&D team and is equipped with international standard research laboratory, which can speed up design and development of new product under APQP program as per clients’ requests. With more than 70 technicians, most of whom are doctor and bachelor degrees, UPLUS R&D team also builds close cooperative relationship with renowned German and American experts who have a rich experience in automotive battery industry. They hold regular seminars with those foreign experts discussing new techniques and technologies, which keep UPLUS at the front of automotive battery industry. At the same time, UPLUS R&D team works closely with various research and academic institutions worldwide in order to enhance the research and development capability of both parties, and co-develop new products.
